ESP Guitars, AEG Live, Affliction Clothing and Randall Amps want to make this a summer to remember for one very lucky person. How? We're going to select one winner who will fly with a friend to Ozzfest 2008 in Dallas, TX on Aug 9th at Pizza Hut Park featuring Metallica and Ozzy Osbourne.

But wait, there's more.

You and your pal will land in Dallas where a limo driver will pick you up and take you to a hotel. Once you're there, you get checked in and enjoy meals, drinks, and other luxuries, all on us.

But wait, there's even more.

You'll have a package of swag sent to your room, courtesy of Affliction, so leave some room in your suitcase for a bunch of cool new shirts, hats, and other goodies. Oh, and not just any old swag; you'll get some items hand-signed by the Prince of Darkness himself, Ozzy Osbourne.

You're going to get some gear. Not just any gear; you'll get an ESP LTD KH-602 Kirk Hammett Signature Series guitar, as well as an RM100KH amplifier from Randall. So, now you're in Dallas, getting ready for Ozzfest, in your hotel room, full of food and drink, and you have all these awesome clothes and this killer new guitar and amp. Pretty sweet, huh? The coup de grace: once you're there at Ozzfest, we're going to take you backstage, where you'll meet-and-greet ESP bands like Shadows Fall, Devil Driver, and other ESP artists performing that day. That's right... you will get to meet these great ESP artists face to face, for half a second. Just kidding; it'll be at least two seconds. ESP Guitars "Ozzfest 2008" Contest Rules

THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR THE UNITED STATES ONLY, AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES Main Sponsor: The ESP Guitar Company, 10913 Vanowen Street, North Hollywood, CA 91605 ("ESP").

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants need not be present to win.

Entry: Entrants may enter the contest by fully completing and submitting the entry form online at www.espguitars.com. Only one entry will be accepted per person. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering, you agree to receive information from participating sponsors.

Eligibility: This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of June 15, 2008. Employees of The ESP Guitar Company, AEG Live, Randall Amplification, Affliction Clothing, and Ozzfest, and their affiliates, their agencies and representatives and their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to participate in this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules, and agree to accept all decisions of ESP with respect to this contest as final.

Contest Period: The contest will begin on June 15, 2008 and entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM, PST, on July 15, 2008.

Potential prize winners will be notified by the email or telephone contact information submitted along with the contest entry form. If a winner is unreachable for one week (7 days) after the initial attempt to contact him or her, or is otherwise unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. All winners will be subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize is awarded.

Prizes and Odds of Winning: The one Grand Prize is (1) ESP LTD KH-602 guitar, (1) Randall RM100KH amplifier, (1) 2 round-trip airplane tickets to Dallas, Texas from anywhere in the United States, (1) night hotel stay, (1) limousine transport from airport to hotel, meal and drink expenses, (1) package of assorted apparel from Affliction Clothing, (1) ticket to the Ozzfest concert, (1) admission to the "Ozzy's Lair" VIP area during Ozzfest, and the opportunity to meet with an assortment of ESP-endorsed bands and artists who are performing on the day of the Ozzfest concert. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entrants. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.

General Considerations: Prizes will be shipped to winners at the address provided by the winner upon notification of having been chosen. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prizes are permitted. Prizes will be shipped to winners by ESP at no cost. Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

Limitation of Liability: Neither ESP nor any of its affiliates is responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. ESP reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest, as determined by ESP in its sole discretion. Winners List: The name of the verified prize winner will be posted on the ESP web site at www.espguitars.com after July 15, 2008 and before August 15, 2008.
